WE Pilates by WE Fitness Society

WE Pilates runs the whole studio
on LINE with one system

WE Pilates by WE Fitness Society uses this system with its real members, front desk team, accounting and instructors. From class bookings to tax invoices, everything carries the WE Pilates brand.

What WE Pilates needed

The studio wanted a system members could use easily in a chat they already have, with back-office work that runs on its own as much as possible.

  1. 01Members book, buy packages and pay on their own in the studio's LINE chat.
  2. 02Studio rules apply the same way every time: arrive 15 minutes early, cancel at least 2 hours before class, book up to 7 days ahead, and no more than 2 sessions a day.
  3. 03Instructors know right away when someone books or cancels one of their classes.
  4. 04Accounting gets receipts, tax invoices and the output VAT report without manual work.
  5. 05Member data stays secure, with a record of who changed what.

A member app in the WE Pilates brand

Members open it from the menu in the WE Pilates LINE chat, log in with their LINE account or phone number, and book in a few taps.

  • Book by day and time, with the option to choose an instructor or room.
  • Show a personal QR code for the front desk to scan at check-in.
  • Fill in the health form and sign the personal training agreement in the app.
  • Get class reminders at 20:00 the night before for morning classes, and at 08:00 for afternoon classes.

Pay in the app, with WE perks

Discounts are worked out and shown before paying. Once payment goes through, sessions are added right away, with a receipt in the chat.

  • 15% off with a birthday-month code, plus special discounts for WE members.
  • A referral code takes THB 100 off, and the referrer gets 1 extra session.
  • Pay by card, PromptPay or e-Wallet on the 2C2P payment page, with a signature check on every payment notification.
  • Request a company tax invoice at checkout and receive it by email after payment.

Instructors know about every booking in their classes

WE Pilates instructors activate their account once through the LINE chat. From then on, they get a notification every time someone books or cancels one of their classes.

  • Notifications arrive in the LINE chat and on the phone's lock screen.
  • Instructors see their teaching schedule, class lists and their own regular clients.
  • The system counts the sessions they teach, including when they cover for another instructor.
