A calendar that updates itself with every booking

Every class shows the instructor, room and number of seats, color-coded by instructor. The front desk can book for members from here, and instructors see only their own classes.

Set the schedule once, use it all month

Choose the days and times you teach as a weekly template. The system creates the classes for the whole month, with instructor, room and number of seats. Try selecting some slots.

A member's full history on one page

Packages, sessions left, bookings, payments, health forms and agreements, all in one profile.

  • Member status, such as active, expiring soon or away for a while, is recalculated every night
  • Adding or removing sessions needs a reason, and the system records who made the change
  • Staff can pause a package for a member, and the expiry date moves automatically

The full set of accounting documents, issued automatically

Every payment has a receipt, tax invoices are available on request, and refunds get a credit note. At month end, export the output VAT report as an Excel file for accounting right away.

Send updates on LINE to the right people

Choose recipients by member status, schedule the send, then see the result for each person in the notification log. Discount codes can have an expiry date and a limited number of uses.
