Know the moment someone books your class
Instructors open their teaching schedule on their phone, see who's coming and who has arrived, and get a notification every time someone books or cancels.
Tap the notification on the instructor's phone, or switch to the clients tab.
A teaching schedule that shows who's coming
Every class shows the room, number of seats and who's attending. A member's tag changes to arrived when the front desk scans them in.

Regular clients, at the instructor's fingertips
Members can choose a regular instructor when they buy a package. Instructors see each client's sessions left and know who is running low or due to renew, so they can suggest a renewal at the right time.
Alerts two ways, so no booking is missed
Instructors can get phone notifications from the web app, messages in LINE chat, or both. Alerts go out when someone books and when someone cancels.
On the lock screen
Add the back office to the home screen, then turn on notifications with one tap.
In LINE chat
Link the instructor's LINE account once. Messages arrive in the same chat they already use with the studio.

Sessions taught, counted for you
Each time a member attends, the system logs a session for the instructor, including when they cover for another instructor. At month end, teaching fees are worked out from the same numbers.
